Criminal complaint is filed against Sushant's girlfriend rhea chakraborty. A complaint was lodged in a Bihar court over sushant Singh Rajput's mysterious death an Saturday. Sushant's fans are now accusation comes shortly after Mumbai police interrogated rhea chakraborty over the death of sushant Singh Rajput. Rhea was enquired for over 11 hours at the Bandra police station. The case against rhea chakraborty has been filed by lawyer kundan Kumar who live in muzaffarpur, Bihar one of Sushant's fans has alleged financial and mental exploitation against rhea chakraborty. According to kundan Kumar, his client has been profound distressed by Sushant's sucide. For this reason, he has filed his complaint under IPC section 306 and 420. IPC 306 stands for abetment of sucide and 420 stand for fraud cases.

During rhea chakraborty's interrogation, she said the sushant Singh Rajput was suffering from depression, and he had refused to take medication. She also claimed that sushant's sister knew sushant's mental condition, and rhea requested her to stay with him. Rhea also admitted that she was having a severe fight with the late actor, and after that, she left sushant's apartment. Sushant's girlfriend rhea was staying with Sushant and both were planning to get married last November. But reports says that rhea refused the marriage proposal due to sushant's depression and fallen Carrer. Bollywood actress rhea is now criticized for leaving sushant when his mental condition was not good. Moreover, she was allegedly in a relationship with Mahesh bhatt too. Mahesh himself confessed that she advised rhea to leave sushant because of Sushant's mental illness. The police are now investigation the death of sushant Singh Rajput, and they have recorded statement of 15 people so far. The petition which has been presented before cheif judicial magistrate Mukesh Kumar, is scheduled on June 24 for hearing in the Bihar court.
