Ram janmabhoomi (literally, "rama's birthplace") is the name give to the site that is hypothesised to be the birthplace of Rama, believed to be the seventh author of the Hindu deity Vishnu. The Ramayana states the location of Rama birthplace is on the banks of sarayu River in the city called 'ayodhya'. A section of Hindu claim that, were the babri masjid constructed exact site of rama's birthplace in present day's of ayodhya uttar pradesh. The hindu section claim that, the mugals demolished a hindu saint's tomb marked that place, and constructed a mosque. After this, the Muslim section also claim opposed that only in the 18th century, and that there is no evidence of rama's birthplace.

The political, historical and socio-religious has debate over the history and location of the babri mosque, and whether a previous temple demolished and create babri mosque known as Ayodhya dispute. In 1992, the demolished of babri mosjid by the brave Hindu nationalists (Bala saheb thakrey) triggered widespread hindu-muslim violence.

The five judges supreme court bench heard the title dispute Ayodhya cases from August to October 2019. On 9 November 2019, the supreme court ordered the land handover to the Hindu trust Shri ram janmabhoomi teerth kshetra was created by Indian government to constructed Hindu temple. Alternate 5 acre land to Sunni waqf board to build the mosque.
